Full Legal Policy – nXt Scuba LLC Refund, Exchange & Warranty Policy

Final Sale – E-Learning & Electronic Products

All e-learning codes, digital course materials, and electronic products (such as dive computers, transmitters, and other electronic devices) are final sale once purchased and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. This includes cases where e-learning has been activated or accessed. Please confirm your selection before completing your order.

30-Day Returns

nXt Scuba LLC offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee with a 30-day return or exchange policy on eligible items.

  • New condition means the item has never been in the water, all accessories and paperwork are included, and it is returned in its original packaging.

  • If an item is returned used or damaged, a partial refund of up to 50% may be issued at our discretion.

  • Returns are not accepted after 30 days from the purchase date.

  • If an order was placed in error by the customer, all shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

  • New items (within 30 days) may be exchanged for full value credit toward another product. We’ll ship the replacement to you at no charge; you are responsible for the return shipping of the original item.

  • Used items cannot be returned for a refund, as we cannot resell them as new. If a used item is eligible for exchange, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges plus any applicable used-item evaluation fees.

SMS Communications

1. Purpose & Scope
nXt Scuba may send SMS (text) messages containing essential, training-related updates such as course reminders, payment alerts, gear package offers, medical form reminders, and urgent logistical notices. SMS communication is used strictly for operational purposes—not for unsolicited marketing messages.

2. Opt-In, Identification & Opt-Out

  • SMS messages are sent only after you explicitly opt in (e.g., via registration or checkout consent).

  • The first SMS you receive will clearly identify “nXt Scuba LLC,” state the purpose, and include: “Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help.”

  • Replies of “STOP” are processed immediately, and you’ll receive a confirmation: “You’ve been unsubscribed from nXt Scuba SMS alerts.”

3. Message Timing & Frequency

  • Standard messages are sent between 9 AM and 8 PM local time.

  • Urgent alerts (e.g., weather-related location changes) may be sent outside these hours but will only be used when necessary.

  • The frequency of SMS messaging is kept modest—typically no more than five messages per student per course.

4. Privacy & Data Use

  • Your phone number is used solely for texting you relevant course-related updates. It is never sold or shared, except with necessary service providers.

  • SMS data is handled according to our Privacy Policy standards.

5. Liability

  • SMS delivery may be delayed due to network issues. If you do not receive important messages, please contact us directly through our alternative contact methods.

  • Standard carrier messaging/data rates may apply.

Warranty Claims

nXt Scuba LLC is an authorized dealer but not the manufacturer of the products we sell. Manufacturer warranties, if applicable, are determined and fulfilled by the manufacturer.

  • For brands that handle warranties directly, we recommend contacting them first to expedite service.

  • If the manufacturer does not work directly with customers, nXt Scuba will assist in facilitating warranty claims.

  • Within 30 days: We will assist with warranty claims at no shipping cost to you.

  • After 30 days: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs involved (up to three shipments: to nXt Scuba, from nXt Scuba to the manufacturer, and back to you).

  • Manufacturers typically cover return shipping on defective items, but this is not guaranteed.

We strive to make your experience smooth and hassle-free, and we appreciate your patience in the rare event of a defective product.
